The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) report on the House Republican health care replacement bill dominated reporters' questions at the daily briefing with White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer. He stressed that the CBO has been wrong before and cited their numbers related to the current health care law as an example. Mr. Spicer also took questions on immigration, the debt ceiling, and the president’s meeting with the Deputy Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia.
