WASHINGTON -- You might want to reconsider your Saturday evening plans if you, like most of the Hill right now, are glued to the health care vote in the Senate.

Word is plans are underway for an 8 p.m. vote Saturday in the Senate -- which would meet some senators' demands to ensure a 72-hour period to review the bill that was posted last night at www.democrats.senate.gov .

Now, remember, this is only the vote on the motion to proceed to the bill -- essentially, to begin the debate. But in the excruciatingly incremental world of the Senate, the vote would be significant.
