Dear Secretary Gates:
 
It has come to our attention that the Department of Defense has invited Louay Safi, a top official at the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), to give lectures on Islam to our troops at Fort Hood. If this is indeed true, we respectfully request that you end this practice.
 
According to the Justice Department, ISNA is a prominent member of the Muslim Brotherhood, an organization with a network of known and suspected Islamic terrorist organizations spread throughout the world. The Brotherhood and its partner organizations regularly espouse violent jihad and anti-Semitism.
 
More specifically, ISNA was identified by the Justice Department at the successful Holy Land Foundation terrorism financing conspiracy trial as an unindicted co-conspirator. Literature distributed by ISNA at its annual convention in Washington in July featured books and pamphlets portraying prosecution of terrorist and terror-supporters as “anti-Muslim bigotry;” revisionist history that denied Arab and Palestinian terrorist attacks against Israel; and anti-Semitic tracts.
 
Safi himself has been connected to an entity called the “Safa Group.” Search warrants executed in 2002 were supported by an affidavit alleging its involvement in moving large sums of money to terrorist fronts. He was also caught on a 1995 FBI wiretap of Sami al-Arian. Safi was concerned that an executive order, issued by President Clinton prohibiting financial transactions with terrorist organizations, would negatively affect al-Arian. In April 2006, al-Arian pled guilty to a charge of conspiring to provide services to the Palestinian Islamic Jihad – a specially designated terrorist organization.
 
The Muslim Brotherhood is dedicated in its own words to “a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and ‘sabotaging’ its miserable house by their hands.” What better way to carry out its plans to “sabotage” our efforts than to have one of its own invited to lecture on Islam to the very troops called to defend this country against those the Brotherhood supports. We ask that you immediately stop any lecturing by Louay Safi or ISNA affiliated speakers.

This great nations founding fathers designed this country using Judeo-Christian values. These values have served us well for centuries, but now are threatened,(hereby threatening our way of life), as bringing religion into government. This is so far from the truth as to be laughable. While refusng our traditional honoring of Christian and Jewish values, as well as our not interfering with athiests, and such; the national government is giving credence to the Cult that is Islam. I refuse to believe that this is a true religion, because as I see it, religous people have a kind, loving, forgiving GOD. Islam has none of that. Of all the fighting that we are involved in, around the world as well as here at home, is in order to halt the encroachment of this cult. It is the instigator, and has been since the days of the Barbary Coast pirates, of more hate, causing untold deaths, in its effort to subjugate all inhabitants of the planet.
To allow this cult a bully pulpit anywhere, especially on our military bases, is diametrically opposed to all that this country stands for.
Put the Cult that is Islam in its proper place, and return our troops, our nation to its constitutionally stated values.

In reference to calling Islam a cult one 1st must define a cult. That is an aberration of the normal practice of a belief system. In the fact that Islam does not fit the category of a cult it is in fact a religion, although they are radically opposed to the Christian beliefs. I am opposed to their beliefs for many reasons and this forum is not the place to vent it. The article written is correct in that we need to make certain that we do not give a foothold to Islam in any instant for them to come onto our installations for any reasons. I would go further and remove any member of the military who is an active Islam member just to protect our service men and women. The Bible is very clear in that soon the Rapture will happen it is the last event on the prophetic calendar, after that then the great tribulation. Once this takes place Islam will end with Armageddon. Russian will lose the majority of its people in this battle as will most other Islamic countries according to the Word of God. Maranatha...We look forward to those who not by force but by choice choose the love of God thru His Son Jesus Christ. Islam does not believe in the Son of God, It says the allah is God and mohammad is his prophet. They believe that they are to take over the world by the sword if needed, this is a huge difference in Christian's and Muslims.

That the very same post that suffered a terrorist jihad attack by one of its own - and a psychiatric doctor at that is heinous, callous, and an insult to our troops. Even if you OK this travesty, Mr Secretary, the Fort Commander ought to stifle this as is his prerogative and right to do. Having a Nazi come onto our posts during WWII to plead for mercy and understanding wouldn't have helped us win the war then, neither should the same idiotic reasoning be used now. Thank God some of our Congress is showing spine on this issue.

Let's be honest with ourselves. Every since it's beginning, Islamists (Muslims) have had one specific goal. Rule the world!!!! They have never hid this, and make no attempt today to hide it. In their dogma, they are told to kill unbelievers. Unbelievers are those that are not Islamists (Muslims). They will pursue this until they achieve their goal or they are annihilated. They confuse religion and government, making it difficult to sort out fact and fiction. However, they do want one world leader, a muslim, in charge. As long as Western leaders pacify them, bend the morals and values of their nationality, and do everything possible to accept them, they will succeed in their goal---to kill all unbelievers for the unbeliever is to a Muslim, and infidel.

It just gets dumber and dumber by the day, the people who represent the OBAMa administration and their lack of common sense. There was a time when EVERY member of the presidents staff was vetted somewhat to insure mental stability, if nothing else. In this administration, it seems the lunatics are indeed running the assylum!

The Scriptures clearly state we will definitely go through the tribulation (3 ½ years) which is an allegory of the little horn power; (the short space) a literal (1260) days; (forty and two months); (time = (1 year), times = (two years) and the dividing of time = (6 months) all equaling the same sum.
At the END of the 6th trump just as our Lord is making ready His (immediate return) which is at the BEGINNING OF the 7th trump: "no rapture has occurred;" therefore, it is conclusive evidence from the Scripture's: "THERE IS NO RAPTURE" OF THE SAINTS! PERIOD! The word does not even exist in the Holy Word Of God but is a twist of meaning to lull the sheeple to sleep by setting them in a laxed state of mind. The "SECOND COMING" is at the beginning of the millenium and is when the "FIRST" resurrection (of the living) occurs! The Second resurrection (of the damned) occurs at the end of the millenium and during the 1000 years in between the earth is totally desolate!
There are 2 births, 2 deaths, and 2 resurrections. all are encouraged to call me and discuss this and I shall send you the proof via email.

islam is nothing more than a violent gang, and the u.s. military is in shambles. standards for recruits are about as low as they can possibly get now...political correctness run amok...no wonder we see the problems we do in the military today.

islam is the enemy of the west and muslims should not allowed to serve in the u.s. military, period.

as a vet, i can't recommend that anyone join the military today. too much political correctness and stupidity that could easily get you killed for no good reason by one of your own guys(a muslim) - is just one reason not to join.
