Video: A Tribute to our Troops by Lt. Col. Oliver North
The Editors
Could you imagine laying down your life in order to keep millions of people – people whom you have never met – safe? To preserve their way of life?
This is what soldiers, airmen, sailors and Marines do when they take the following oath upon entering the military:
"I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."
As this is an all-volunteer military, with conscription a thing of the past, many of us are not impacted by the sacrifices made by these men and women and their families – which is why Americans must strive to always remember exactly what it is they do for us, of their own free will, on a daily basis.
And who better to offer these valiant troops tribute than Lt. Col. Oliver North? The following was from the NRA’s annual 2009 meeting. As the NRA’s Wayne LaPierre describes it, “It’s a stirring profile of the spirited, courageous guardians of our precious freedoms. America’s best…”

If you really want to give to the troops, don't go through the NRA. They will take some of what you give & keep it for themselves to finance their organization.
There are a multitude of other sites to go to give to the troops. Go to Google for help there.
The NRA in their scheme of things won't help you in your fight to defend the 2nd Amendment either. The GOA & JPFO are much better at fighting for your gun rights. Look them up, if you don't believe me.
