Exclusive: BREAKING NEWS: Army Discharges Four of the Fort Jackson Five
According to The State, U.S. Congressman Joe Wilson – a member of the House Armed Services Committee – “disclosed for the first time that four of the Muslim soldiers had been ‘administratively separated’ from the Army, a military designation that means they were discharged with neither honorable nor dishonorable status.”
WIS TV adds, “for petty crimes.”
No mention of what the crimes were.
The fifth soldier has been removed from active service, but returned to his unit in the Virginia National Guard.

How many times will these incidents occur before we do something about it? We could all end up being dead but, politically correct.

As always, the liberals "managing" the managers (Generals) in the Army have prevailed. It is the old tried and true. shuffle the problem away to another command and it will go away. It is done on a regular basis with the minority members of a command that do not want to perform, but are constantly letting it be known that they are being victimized by the boss. Regardless of the boss' rank & position. This happens from the lowest levels on up to the top.

It's only half about the perps - even FoxNews has backed off hinting a Muslim extremist might have an unkind thought. The bonus for this white house is the effect it will have on Army morale, and future volunteers. Double Bingo ! Score !!

This is just another politically correct response to Islam. Ladies and gentlemen, if this kind of weak reaction is what we can expect from the White House, and the military, we as a people are surely doomed. These Muslims will not stop, because they got discharged. But they will fight on, and with Allah's help they will find some way to kill Americans, that's what they do, it's what they live for, and it's what they die for. We as a nation, regardless of what the politically correct idiots say, are at war with Islam. Islam does intend to rule America and the world. Kind of odd, that our own military is going to be responsible for whatever diabolical death scheme these terrorists will contrive next. I sincerely hope the Army, and the SC National Guard will be able to shoulder that blame. My guess, they'll blame it on Bush, just like 9/11

Can we really point the finger at upper level military officers ,as having coddled these 5 muslim (former US military personnel ). They are career Officers whose COmmander & Chief has pretty much stated book line and verse,how he feels about Islam,Muslims ( He won't even acknowlege any terrorism on this front,much the less indicate ,that all should not be painted with the same brush) Thou shalt NOT even hint at terrorism as resulting from over zealous Muslims practicing their beliefs ,straight from the Koran. Our President has paved the way for this kind of nonsense,NOT with mixed signals,but with very explicit signals. The blood is on his hands.

Give me a break!! Aren't they being charged with anything??? And to return any of them anywhere in the military of any kind is unbelievable. What the heck is going on????? We don't even know what they actually did, if anyone became ill or worse??? IS THIS AMERICA???

Some additional details according to The Daily Caller:
The 'petty crimes' that got these guys booted were stealing cell phones and military ids from other soldiers. Hmmm. Now why would they steal cellphones and military ids from other soldiers? Sounds hinky to me.
Four of the soldiers were reportedly returned to their "countries of origin". Those countries have not been identified.
About the soldiers unit, Lima Nine:
"Lima Nine was started because of the Army’s desperate lack of linguists speaking Pashto, Dari or Arabic. To attract such recruits, military intelligence promises foreigners that if they join the Army as a translator they will get U.S. citizenship and a top security clearance. Candidates from Afghanistan and Iraq, including the Jackson Five, speak such poor English the Army puts them in Lima Nine and gives them English lessons, so they will have some hope of passing basic training. Clayton Leishman, program manager, said 34 recruits in the program last summer scored 50 in English, below the 80 required, but with 24 weeks of tutoring they would pass basic. Another program director, Lt. Col. Frank Deminth, said Lima Nine recruits are put on a fast track to U.S. citizenship, “once they serve one day of honorable active duty.†It is interesting to note that when these Muslims join Lima Nine they also are joining an Army intelligence group."
