Just who have the Democrats 'defeated' by passing Obamacare? - HERE.

Larry Elder: Republican Collectivism - GO HERE.

The Approaching Crown Fire
Ron Ewart, NMJ.us

When a 'forest fire' is lit, there is no telling which way it will go. It depends on the 'wind', the 'fuel load' and the 'humidity'. The 'wind' is about to blow real hard, the "fuel load" is huge and the humidity is dropping rapidly. It just takes the right 'match', a lightning strike, or spontaneous combustion. The question is, what (or who) will set it off? Could it be Obamacare, illegal aliens getting amnesty, Cap and Trade, the one-world-order, radical environmentalism, the brainwashing of our kids, or trashing the Constitution by politicians? Was Jefferson right? Does a society need a revolution every hundred years? Messy, but could it be necessary if freedom is to be defended and maintained.

We find comfort in the fact that there is an awakening going on in America that is akin to the spirit of 1776. Because of Americans living under the umbrella of freedom for over 230 years, the pilot light of liberty burns in the hearts of most of us. Although slow to ignite after years of in attention, freedom's flame is rising out of the ashes of neglect and apathy. Spot fires of freedom are erupting all over the nation. America is coming alive like never before. It would be wise for the forces of evil who would attempt to drag us where we don't want to go, to take a step back before the raw fury of American power is unleashed on those without honor, who have betrayed our trust, ripped up our blue print of liberty and are working to tear our institutions of freedom asunder.

The forest fire has been lit, but its speed, direction and power are in the hands of the wind, the fuel load and the humidity. Whether it reaches the full force of a crown fire is up to those who have struck the match and ignited the blazing fire of freedom. Read article.

Red Dawn Over America: One Year Later
Lance Fairchok, NMJ.us

The unrepentant terrorist William Ayers is a frequent Whitehouse guest. You will remember him as the man who stood on the American flag for a magazine article. He’s worked his whole life to destroy us. He and his cohorts planted bombs and planned assassinations of police and judges. He despises us. President Obama honors and trusts him. America’s most virulent leftist, progressive and socialist enemies are now the Whitehouse’s frequent visitors, as are race hustlers, propagandists, radical donors and ideologues. From Michael Moore to Union bosses, from ACORNS head officer to radical Muslims, our Republic is held hostage by her internal enemies. Our external enemies will soon be baying at our door.

I wrote ‘Red Dawn over America: Defeat & Despair' a little over a year ago. I made some observations and some predictions from what I could find on Obama, from the details the press ignored and Americans were too distracted to care about. Unfortunately, I was right.

President Obama is a man who was bred into socialism’s fantasies; mentored as a boy by communists and their sympathizers; who was drawn to Marxists and radicals his whole life. He is not a centrist, nor is he even truly American as most of us define it. He does not esteem our foundational values, but looks at them as defective. The care he takes to obscure and hide his associations, to present himself as an everyday American is a façade, a ruse, and a tool to gain the power that he will now use to deconstruct us. How to please the Arab League
Petra Marquardt-Migman, JPost.com

Right from the beginning of his administration, President Obama made it a priority to win over the Arab and Muslim world. So here's a thought: while you struggle to keep up with the flood of commentary about the "new low" in US-Israeli relations, it's perhaps worthwhile to keep in mind that the next Arab League summit is scheduled for the end of March.

The summit will be held in Tripoli, Libya's capital, where the Arab League representatives will be hosted by Muammar Gaddafi, who just last month called for a "jihad" against Switzerland - well, actually, not just Switzerland, because he reportedly added: "Let us fight against Switzerland, Zionism and foreign aggression."

A quip about this call for "jihad" from a State Department spokesman required an official apology that apparently seemed warranted after the head of Libya's state oil company summoned executives from US energy companies Exxon Mobil, ConocoPhillips, Occidental, Hess and Marathon and warned them that "the dispute could hurt US businesses in Libya."

Arab commentators don't seem to expect much from the meeting in Tripoli: "Another lame summit" was the dismissive headline in a recent issue of Al-Ahram. Nevertheless, the related article offered a lot of advice on how to overcome the "lameness", and unsurprisingly, Israel was an important issue in this context. One piece of advice was that the Arab League should consider revoking any support for a two-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict; instead, the Arab League was urged to endorse the so-called "one-state solution" resulting in "a single state covering the whole of historic Palestine in which all inhabitants would be guaranteed full and equal rights as citizens, regardless of ethnic or religious affiliation." Another piece of advice was that the Arabs should realize that with regard to the tensions with Iran, "Israel is the chief instigator." Read article.

This Is a Non-Arrogant Foreign Policy?
Mona Charen, Townhall.com

Funny, President Obama was supposed to be against an arrogant foreign policy. Remember his speech in Strasbourg, France last spring? There had been times, he told the European students, "where America has shown arrogance and been dismissive, even derisive." Those days are over, he assured them.

Leave aside the question as to whether this characterization of past American arrogance was justified. President Obama now has a year of foreign policy under his belt and in that time he has managed to snub the British prime minister, alienate the president of France, insult the nation of Honduras when it successfully defended its young democracy from a Chavez wannabe, and undercut the people of the Czech Republic and Poland by tossing aside a hard-won agreement to build a missile defense shield.

But in no case has his own arrogance been more transparent than in his treatment of Israel. It didn't begin with the recent spat over housing units in Jerusalem. In formulating his policy, the president could have focused his energy on the problem of a terror regime racing toward acquisition of nuclear bombs. He could have noticed the civil war raging between Hamas and the Palestinian Authority. He might have addressed the venomous anti-Semitism and race hatred offered as daily fare in Palestinian media and textbooks. Read article.

Obama's next fundamental transformation: Immigration amnesty.
Jim Kouri, Examiner.com

President Barack Obama is already planning his next sweeping change for American society after he gets his Obamacare passed in both houses of Congress: fulfillment of his campaign promise to revamp U.S. immigration policy as part of his fundamental transformation of the United States.

On March 18, Obama mentioned a proposal by Democrat Senator Charles Schumer and Republican Senator Lindsey Graham, that features a first-ever national identification card for U.S. citizens and legal immigrants who want a job.

In a blog posted online by The Washington Post, Senators Schumer and Graham stated "our immigration system is badly broken." Graham, who has angered conservatives time and time again, and Schumer outlined plan revamp U.S. immigration policy.

Obama met last week with Schumer and Graham, and the White House said a sweeping agreement dealing with as many as 12 million illegal immigrants was unlikely to get through Congress without support from both parties. Such a measure would have difficulty advancing before November's congressional election especially with the epidemic of violence occurring at the U.S.-Mexico border and reports that Islamic terrorist groups are recruiting and training would-be terrorists in Central and South American countries. Michael Moore spreads hysterical, anti-police fable from his Occupy comrades

May 21, 2012  00:37 AM

That's right, the same people he wanted to push our of DC hospitals ended up treating his potentially life threatening blood clot.
