Virginia Judge Rules That Part of ObamaCare Plan is Unconstitutional

Yesterday in the United States Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, U.S. District Judge Henry Hudson ruled  on a case that had been brought by Kenneth Cuccinelli, Attorney General of the Commonwealth of Virginia, against Kathleen Sibelius, Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services.
 
Judge Henry Hudson ruled that the demand that Americans must purchase health care, with attendant threat of IRS sanctions for non-compliance, was unconstitutional.
